What’s the minimum order?

Our minimum order is one dozen cookies.

What if I need to cancel an order that has already been placed?

If you ordered online, and your order has already been processed or charged, there will be a $10 cancellation fee. If you called in, emailed or faxed in an order and called to cancel prior to the date that the cookies were to be delivered or go out for shipping, there is no charge. However, if you cancel an order the day an order is supposed to be delivered or baked for shipping, there will be a $10 cancellation fee.

What if I need to change an address for an order that has already gone out or been shipped?

Both Federal Express and California Overnight charge a $10 fee for an address correction. If you call the day an order has been shipped, we can change the address of the package that is in transit. There will still be a $10 charge, but the package will go to the corrected address without delay.

If you need to change an address of a package that is being hand-delivered and already in transit, the charge will depend on the location of the new address.

Is there a charge for hand deliveries?

Yes. The minimum charge is $12 and it goes up from there, depending on the area. Please call us for delivery charges.

Delivery Policy

Federal Express and California Overnight both charge an additional $10 for an incorrect or incomplete address. This means that if a particular address is a “street, drive, avenue, place, lane, etc” you MUST include that as part of the address. We will charge customers the $10 that shipping companies charge us for address corrections.

Phone numbers are required for all orders, for those that are shipped and hand-delivered.

If you provide an incorrect address or the package is refused by the recipient and we are notified, then you will be notified. We will not refund your money. If you want, we will ship new cookies at 1/2 price; however, you will be responsible for the full price on shipment costs. If we put an incorrect address on the package, we will either refund your costs or ship a new package at no charge to you.

When should i expect my cookies?

Orders placed by 9am Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date, excluding holidays. Orders received after 9am PSTwill be logged as received the next business day and processed within 48 hours of that order date. Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we only ship priority overnight or 2nd day. If you would like to request a specific delivery date or have delivery notes, please add your request in the "Comments" section of the checkout process and we will do all we can to honor your request. Please note if we can process and ship your order sooner, we always will!

All FedEx 2nd Day deliveries are shipped out Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. FedEx overnight deliveries are shipped out Monday – Thursday. We also ship out on Friday for Saturday deliveries, but FedEx does charge an additional $12.50 for Saturday deliveries and please note, they do not deliver to all areas on Saturday. Please call us if you need a package to arrive on Saturday.

How will I know when the cookies I want will be available?

Our couture cookies are only available for limited periods of time and only specific flavors at any given time.  If, however there is a cookie flavor you must have, please call us. If the ingredients are available, we will make the dough especially for you, for a minimum 3 dozen purchase.

How long do your cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are not made with any preservatives or hydrogenated oil, so they are best eaten fresh or frozen. They will stay fresh for up to 5 days, wrapped and left out

Can the cookies be frozen?

Yes; the cookies will stay fresh in the freezer for 2 months, if wrapped correctly.

What’s the best way to store the cookies?

For freezing, we recommend placing the bagged cookie inside of a resealable plastic bag before freezing. If the cookies are not in their original bag, we recommend wrapping each cookie individually in plastic wrap before placing inside of a resealable plastic bag. When ready to eat, we suggest leaving the cookie out and letting it come to room temperature before eating. If you like your cookie warm, you can either warm it in a microwave for 10-seconds or preheat a toaster oven or conventional over to 300° and warming for 1 minute – 1 ½ minutes.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Our regular hand-delivery area includes Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Tarzana, Burbank, Downtown Los Angeles and nearby areas. We also hand-deliver to Pasadena, Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Torrance, parts of Orange County and more. We do recommend shipping rather than delivering to the more distant areas because it is a lot less expensive for you, the customer.

Do you ship?

Yes. We ship throughout the US and Canada, priority overnight and 2nd day. Our shipping carriers are Federal Express and California Overnight. We only recommend priority overnight for Canadian deliveries. Please note, in addition to shipping charges, you will be charged a tax/duties fee by Federal Express for all deliveries to Canada.

What does baked-fresh-to-order mean?

We bake to each individual order, for each person who orders. Our cookies are not sitting under hot lamps or on a shelf collecting dust. We bake morning orders, afternoon orders and shipping orders at different times for the purpose of delivering the freshest possible product to each

How much in advance do I need to order?

We recommend a minimum of 24-hours advance notice. However, during peak Holidays we recommend ordering at least one week in advance to guarantee delivery.

What if I have a cookie emergency?

We try to fill “rush orders” whenever possible. There is a $10 fee for rush and same-day orders.

Do you ship milk?

No. Because of the perishable nature of milk and the exorbitant cost of shipping milk, we only hand-deliver milk.

What if I have allergies?

While only a few of our cookies actually contain nuts, all of our cookies are made on shared equipment that may contain traces of tree nuts. Also, our cookies contain flour and dairy which may not be suitable for people with gluten and dairy allergies.
